Supplier Code of Conduct
This Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code") outlines the minimum standards of ethical business practices and professional behavior required of all suppliers, contractors, and their employees or agents ("Suppliers") who work with or on behalf of Omnistruxion, Inc. (the "Company").
1. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Suppliers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in all locations where they conduct business. This includes laws related to labor, environmental protection, health and safety, and data privacy.
2. Labor and Human Rights
The Company is committed to upholding human rights. Suppliers must, at a minimum, adhere to the following principles:

No Forced Labor: All work must be voluntary. Forced, bonded, or indentured labor is strictly prohibited.

No Child Labor: Suppliers must not employ anyone under the legal working age.

Fair Wages and Hours: Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws regarding wages, working hours, and overtime compensation.

Non-Discrimination: Employment decisions must be based on merit and not on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, in compliance with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations.
3. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers are expected to conduct their operations in an environmentally responsible manner. This includes minimizing waste, conserving energy and water, and managing hazardous materials in a safe and legal way. Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
4. Business Ethics and Integrity
Suppliers must conduct their business with the highest standards of integrity.

Anti-Corruption: Bribery, kickbacks, and other corrupt practices are strictly prohibited. Suppliers must not offer or accept anything of value to improperly influence business decisions.

Conflicts of Interest: Any actual or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed to the Company.

Confidentiality: Suppliers must protect the confidential and proprietary information of the Company and its clients.
5. Health and Safety on Site
When working on a Company-managed site, Suppliers must adhere to all on-site safety rules and procedures. This includes wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), attending safety briefings, and reporting all accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the Company immediately.
6. Reporting Violations
Suppliers are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Code to the Company. The Company will not tolerate retaliation against any Supplier who reports a concern in good faith.
7. Supplier Acknowledgment
By engaging in business with Omnistruxion, Inc., the Supplier acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Supplier Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with this Code may result in the termination of the business relationship.
